JACO Works is a husband and wife partnership between Jack Pluta, the builder and Joanna Lukaszewicz, the architect.  

Jack specialises in residential projects of all scales, from small alterations and additions to exclusive residences.  He works with an established team of tradesmen and professionals to deliver a high quality of finish on each project.

As a boutique builder, Jack's preference is to dedicate himself to one project at a time.  With an architect on board, JACO Works is able to offer a full design and construction service from the initial concept design and plan approval right through to the project completion.

Jack is a father of two boys and likes to spend his Sundays on the beach, volunteering as a water safety man for the Coogee Surf Life Saving Club.
